On August 18, 2025, at Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, MedCAT had the honor of presenting its solutions to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and senior government leaders at the Grand Opening of National Data Center No.1 – a historic milestone in Vietnam’s digital transformation journey.

The Ministry of Public Security formally inaugurated National Data Center No.1 and officially announced the operation of its national database system. This marks the establishment of the “heart” of digital transformation and the “brain” of a prosperous digital era.

At this landmark event, MedCAT was honored to be among the selected enterprises presenting and showcasing its innovations to the Prime Minister and senior leadership. The highlighted solutions included:
